The Central Victorian Highland Dancing Classic is a feature event of Scots Day Out attracting dancers from across Australia for the Scottish Official Board competition.

Dancers from Victorian Scottish Union also compete at SDO each year and the dancers combine for a stunning and colourful finale, performing the highland fling to the music of the massed pipes and drums
