International adjudicator for highland dancing classic

Scots Day Out is pleased to announce that the 2018 Central Victorian Highland Dancing Classic will be adjudicated by New Zealand judge Sue Burgoyne.

Sue will be the first international adjudicator to officiate at Scots Day Out in its six-year history as a major event on Bendigo's annual calendar and the Australian Scottish community calendar.

Previously, adjudicators for the dancing classic have come from Victoria, South Australia, the ACT and Western Australia with competitors having attended from three states.

Sue has been a prominent teacher of highland dancing in Auckland and across New Zealand for many years and is now gaining acclaim as an adjudicator.
